My business expertise can be split into four main areas.

Strategy: which is the process of researching a market and macro-environment for a particular business and creating the right strategies to compete successfully.

Marketing: researching customers, competitors and substitutes, creating marketing partnerships and strategies, developing your marketing mix, and implementing, managing and measuring your activities.

Operations: documenting and improving the activities your organisaiton engages in surrounding your people, products and processes.

Creativity and Innovation: engaging in directed convergent thinking to make those connections between two disparate subjects in order to create innovative (small, measurable and achievable steps) solutions.

Operations

Operations are the processes that your run your organisations. They focus on three main areas: 1) Your People; 2) Processes; 3) Products

Marketing

Creativity is the process of making connections. These may be connections that others can't or haven't yet made.
